ORDER PROCEDURE
Upon confirmation of an order, a binding agreement is established between you as the customer and cante.se as the store (SkiCom Sweden AB, org. no. 556543-0427).

Ordering through the online shop is simple, follow these steps:

  • Click "Buy" under the respective item, choose size and quantity.
  • Go to the checkout through the link in the menu at the top right of the page.
  • Complete your purchase by following the instructions on that page.
  • After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation via email to the address provided during payment.
  • Verify that the order confirmation is correct. If there is any discrepancy, contact customer service.
  • Save the order confirmation for reference when contacting us.


PAYMENT
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, installment payment, credit card payment, and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. By providing information at the checkout, you agree to Klarna's terms. By clicking "Complete purchase," you agree to Cante’s purchase terms.

DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with already discounted (red) prices. If you encounter issues with a code, please contact us.

DELIVERY
The delivery time is normally 2-5 business days from the completed order. In the case of potential sell-outs, the delivery time may be longer. You will be notified if this occurs. 

RETURN POLICY
As a customer you have a 30-day return policy at regular prices.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For online purchases, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. During the valid withdrawal period, you can withdraw your purchase without stating any reason.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should send us a clear and explicit message about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the standard form available on the Consumer Agency's website (www.konsumentverket.se) and sending it to us (e.g., by mail or email).

To ensure you have time to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

EFFECT OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN SHIPPING
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal period is considered observed if you send back the goods before this 14-day period has expired. If you need to return the item you purchased online, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will credit you as soon as we receive the item. Returns in the store are always free. To return the item:

  • Email info@cante.se and confirm the return
  • Pack the unused item
  • If the item was picked up at a post office, return it via a post office. When you drop off the item, you pay for the shipping to the post office. Be sure to provide the correct return address. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the product via Klarna. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the refund will not cost you anything.
